ADVERTISER IDENTITY

RELEASE

CHARGES, BILLING AND CANCELLATION

GlobalRealEstateCentral.com will provide notice of any such change at least 30 days in advance by email. If you don't like the changes in fees or billing methods, you may cancel your account at any time, but GlobalRealEstateCentral.com will not refund any portion of the quarterly fee when you cancel your account. You understand and agree that the cancellation of you account is the sole right and remedy in respect to any dispute with GlobalRealEstateCentral.com. As an account holder you are responsible for all charges incurred made by you or anyone who has access to use your account. This means that unless your account or credit card information is obtained unlawfully or fraudulently by someone other than those authorized to use your account, you will be responsible for all changes on your account. Any separate charges or obligations that you incur in your dealings with third parties are your responsibility and are not part of the fee charged for your GlobalRealEstateCentral.com account.
GlobalRealEstateCentral.com reserves the right to offer free or discount promotional advertising to selected properties at the sole discretion of GlobalRealEstateCentral.com.
TERMINATION
GlobalRealEstateCentral.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, and to remove any of your ads or close your account, with or without notice. If GlobalRealEstateCentral.com removes your ad or terminates your account, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your most recent payment(s).
ARBITRATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Prescott, Arizona, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or GlobalRealEstateCentral.com may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Prescott, Arizona necessary to protect the rights or property of you or GlobalRealEstateCentral.com pending the completion of arbitration.
REGARDING PRIVACY
Personal and financial account information will not be sold or shared with any third party.
